Refund policy

Each letter is prepared and shipped as a physical mail item, so returns and refunds are not available once a letter has been shipped and delivered.

If your letter has not arrived within 21 business days after your fulfillment confirmation, please get in touch through the contact form on the website. I will be happy to send it again.

For monthly memberships, cancellations made on or before the 25th of the month will stop the upcoming letter. If you have already been billed for that month, a refund will be issued and the letter will not be sent.

Cancellations made after the 25th of the month will take effect from the following month. The current month’s letter will still be prepared and shipped, and your membership will end before the next monthly cycle.

For prepaid memberships of 3, 6, or 12 months, the same policy applies. A refund may be issued for any unused months, as long as the cancellation request is made on or before the 25th of the month before that month’s letter is prepared and shipped.

Cancellations made after the 25th will apply from the following month, and any refund will be calculated only for the remaining unused months after that.
